Our Commitment

Ingress IT Solutions (doing business as Ingress IT Services) is committed to ensuring that its digital presence is accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that equal access to information is a foundational principle of professional service and public accountability, and we actively work to ensure that our website meets or exceeds applicable accessibility standards.

This commitment is consistent with our broader values as a professional services firm serving federal agencies and regulated industries, where accessibility, equity, and compliance are integral to responsible technology practice. We apply the same standard of diligence to our own digital properties that we advise our clients to adopt.

Conformance Standard

Target Conformance: WCAG 2.1 Level AA

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Ingress targets conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across its primary digital properties.

Our website is additionally designed with awareness of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, which establishes federal requirements for electronic and information technology accessibility, consistent with our GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracting posture.

Measures Taken

Ingress has taken the following measures to support accessibility on this Site:

  • Semantic HTML5 document structure with appropriate heading hierarchy to support screen reader navigation
  • Descriptive alternative text attributes for all meaningful images and graphical elements
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background, tested against WCAG AA thresholds
  • Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements, including navigation menus, forms, and call-to-action controls
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels and error identification to support assistive technologies
  • Responsive design supporting a range of viewport sizes and zoom levels without loss of content or functionality
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements for users navigating by keyboard
  • ARIA landmark regions and roles applied where native HTML semantics are insufficient
  • Avoidance of time-sensitive content that would disadvantage users requiring additional time to interact

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we acknowledge that certain portions of the Site may not yet fully meet this standard. Known areas under active review include:

  • Third-party scheduling and calendar widgets embedded in the booking flow, which are subject to the accessibility practices of the respective vendors
  • Certain embedded media and legacy content assets that may not yet have complete alternative-format equivalents

We are actively working to identify and remediate accessibility gaps on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, we encourage you to notify us so that we may prioritize remediation.

Third-Party Content: Ingress cannot guarantee the accessibility of content hosted by third-party platforms or external links referenced on the Site. We encourage users encountering barriers on third-party platforms to contact those providers directly.

Feedback & Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Ingress IT Services website. If you experience difficulty accessing any content or functionality on the Site, or if you believe a portion of the Site does not meet applicable accessibility standards, please contact us at:

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may file a formal complaint with the United States Access Board at www.access-board.gov, or contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division for matters pertaining to Section 508 or the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Section 508

As a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contractor (Contract #47QTCA26D000K), Ingress is attentive to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which requires federal agencies to develop, procure, maintain, and use electronic and information technology that is accessible to people with disabilities. While Section 508 obligations attach primarily to federal agency procurements rather than contractor marketing websites, Ingress voluntarily aligns its public-facing digital properties with Section 508 principles as a matter of professional practice and institutional commitment.

For Section 508 inquiries related to deliverables produced under a specific government task order or engagement, please reference the applicable contract instrument or contact your Ingress engagement manager directly.
