Every Ingress practitioner, including principals, runs at least one engagement quarter on a delivery team. Strategy stays close to the work. The work stays close to the customer.

For cleared roles we sponsor Public Trust through TS/SCI as the work demands, with a curated network across the National Capital Region and the major defense corridors.

  • Stage one. 30-minute working call with a senior practitioner. We talk about a real problem, not your resume.
  • Stage two. A scoped technical exercise, done on your time, reviewed in person.
  • Stage three. Two interviews: one with a delivery leader, one with someone outside your function.
  • Offer. Within five days of the final interview. Always.
