Ingress was founded on a simple bet: that the same firm should write the strategy and ship the system. Most consultancies divide the two; we believe that division is the root cause of most failed transformations.

2014

Founded in Reston, Virginia.

Five engineers, one cloud-modernization contract for a financial-services client, and a stubborn belief that strategy and delivery should sit at the same table.

2017

First federal engagement.

First civilian-agency contract, delivered as a sub on a prime IDIQ. Three more followed in eighteen months. The federal practice formalized.

2019

SBA small-business certification.

Eligible for set-aside vehicles where size standards apply. Cleared-talent network grows past one hundred.

2021

Data & analytics practice spun up.

First Snowflake and dbt programs. Embedded analytics-engineering pods become a standard offer.

2024

Otonmi launches.

In-house AI division. Aizenβ„’ methodology. Air-gapped GenAI delivery for regulated and defense workloads.

2026

GSA MAS award.

Direct order under MAS contract #47QTCA26D000K, SIN 54151S, 54151HEAL, 518210C. Federal customers can now buy Ingress without a sub-relationship.
